WHICH SURFACES CAN STORKCAR SC13 SUPER GRAPHENE CERAMIC COATING BE APPLIED TO?
StorkCar SC13 Graphene ceramic coating can be applied to painted body surfaces, hard plastic parts, headlights, taillights, and wheels of vehicles.
HOW TO APPLY STORKCAR SC13 SUPER GRAPHENE CERAMIC COATING?
StorkCar SC13 is designed for both end users and professionals.
Applying graphene ceramic coating to a mid-sized car takes 60-90 minutes.
To achieve maximum product performance, ensure that the temperature and relative humidity (RH) of the application area are as close as possible to the recommended range (+5 ̊C ~ + 30 ̊C / 41 ̊F ~ 86 ̊F / 50% RH). If the ambient temperature or relative humidity is higher than the recommended range/values, the product may cure faster than expected.
Avoid direct sunlight during application and only work on cool surfaces.
Wash your car thoroughly.
Apply a clay bar if necessary.
After decontamination, apply polish/compound using appropriate tools and silicone/wax-free cutting compounds, according to the physical condition of your vehicle's surface.
Once the polishing process is complete, wash the vehicle and ensure all treated areas are thoroughly dry.
A compressed air gun can be used to eliminate the risk of water dripping from floors and grout.
To improve the adhesion performance of the graphene coating, prepare the surface using StorkCar Clean.
Ensure there is no remaining dirt and dry the surface with a lint-free microfiber cloth.
Do not work on areas larger than 1 m2 per session.
Put on the protective nitrile gloves included in the box before using the product.
Place a suede cloth on the sponge surface of the applicator block. Change the suede cloth every 3-4 panels.
Shake the product gently before use. Open the lid and pour the required amount of product onto the suede fabric.
4-5 mL is sufficient for an area of 1 m2.
Remember to keep the lid closed during application.
Spread the product gently over the surface using crisscross motions.
When beading occurs (normally takes 30 seconds), gently wipe away excess product from the surface with a light grey StorkCar microfiber cloth using linear motions.
To get the most out of your microfiber cloths, fold each one four times before use and do not reuse the side of the cloth you are using.
If the first wiping step is done too late, the product may cure on the surface, making wiping difficult or even impossible. In this case, the product should be removed from the surface with polish or sandpaper.
After correction, the product should be reapplied properly.
After wiping the surface with a light grey microfiber cloth, complete the final polishing process by gently using the dark grey StorkCar microfiber cloth in circular motions.
Keep coated surfaces away from direct sunlight, elements, various types of pollutants, and water for 24 hours.
Please allow 48 hours for the graphene coating to dry and become resistant to abrasion and chemicals before washing with any detergent-based wash.
